Committees

The bodies of the Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank as Public Limited Company are:

  • The Managing Board
  • The Shareholders' meeting and
  • The Supervisory Board with its sub-committees (audit committee and risk committee)

The committees perform their tasks in accordance with the Bank’s articles of association.
