WestImmo further increases its syndication business with German savings banks in 3rd quarter 2010
Mainz, 30.09.2010 - Between July and September 2010 WestImmo successfully closed a number of syndications with savings banks from four different German states in North-, West- and Eastern-Germany. All savings banks explicitly expressed their interest in follow-up business.
Once more this emphasises the high level of trust the savings banks show towards WestImmo.
Including the above transactions within the last 16 months syndications have been closed with savings banks in eight different German states.
