Under our Debt Issues Programme (DIP) we issue both traditional capital market products and structured financial market products denominated in euros or other currencies.

Our capacities in portfolio and exit management enable us not only to control our own loan book optimally, but also structure attractive issues for the capital market.

The backbone of our financing is made up of mortgage Pfandbriefe, but we also make use of uncovered registered and bearer bonds.
