Spain's fall from grace has been even more spectacular than Polen's rise. What does their future hold? Martin Erbe, Managing Director Continental Europe, WestImmo reports:
It hasn’t been this exciting and challenging for a long time in the European real estate markets. In some EU countries, market value corrections and weak economic data are causing property investors and banks to break out in a cold sweat. However, other countries offer good opportunities for investment along with improved growth prospects. Intensive use is already being made of these opportunities in countries such as the UK, France and Poland.
