Changes in Supervisory Board of WestLB AG
Wolfgang Steller succeed Dr. Siegfried Luther
The Shareholders´ Meeting of WestLB AG elected Wolfgang Steller, lawyer and former state secretary in the Finance Ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia, to the Supervisory Board with immediate effect on February 24, 2011. In the Finance Ministry he was, amongst other things, departmental head with responsibility for WestLB and NRW.BANK.
Wolfgang Steller succeeds Dr. Siegfried Luther, former Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Bertelsmann AG, who was a member of the Supervisory Board since 2002 and resigned on December 31, 2010.
