Changes in the Supervisory Board of WestLB AG
On December 12, 2007, the Shareholders´ Meeting of WestLB AG elected Michael Breuer, designated President of the Savings Banks and Giro Association of the Rhineland (RSGV), Dr. Gerhard Langemeyer, Lord Mayor of the City of Dortmund, and Alexander Wüerst, Chairman of the Managing Board of Kreissparkasse Köln, as members of the Supervisory Board effective January 1, 2008. They succeed Dr. Karl-Heinz Bentele, current President of the RSGV, Adolf Terfloth, Chairman of the Managing Board of Sparkasse Düren, and Heinz Welter, Chairman of the Managing Board of Sparkasse Neuss, who will leave the Supervisory Board on December 31, 2007.
