Confidential Wage and Salary Payments
Are you looking for a secure way to authorise confidential payments (wage and salary payments, in particular) using a distributed electronic signature in a network? Our application called “WestLB Vertrauliche Gehaltszahlung” offers the right solution.
The application supports a flexible distribution of the authorisation to various departments in your company while at the same time allowing you to define specific privileges in terms of access to detailed information.
For example, the first authorisation is performed based on detailed information in the human resources department. After that, the detailed information is separated from the amount information in the payments file. Now the second authorisation can be performed by any other department designated by you. This authorisation is based on the total amount.
This application is an add-on functionality complementing WestLB CashLine Web, our browser-based electronic banking system.
