Who takes part in SEPA?
The single euro payments area includes the 15 member states of the eurozone and the other member states of the European Union (12 countries). In addition, the countries of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) and Switzerland will be included, too. SEPA rules only apply to payments made in euro.
This means that in the most favourable case, 32 countries benefit from SEPA.
