Service for Network Operators
1. Carrier service (DTAUSZ process)
WestLB acts as the central receiving point for the network operator’s payment files. The network operator submits DTA files for German Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe member institutions to WestLB. WestLB checks the payment instructions for redundant submissions and then transmits them to the executing institutions via the savings banks network.
2. Central account solution
The central account solution is an innovative WestLB service which enables network operators to collect all retailer payments through a single crediting account. This solution clearly reduces the number accounts required to handle the debits, resulting in lean and straightforward clearing processes thanks to the submission of the entire bank materials to WestLB.
3. Processing of returned direct debits
WestLB can redirect returned direct debits to specific accounts. Our WestLB Data passiv system allows to aggregate direct debits and to process them in the form of electronic attachments in DTA format. Returned direct debits can be retrieved on a same-day basis.
4. Management of open trust accounts
Creation of open trust accounts for network operators handling returned direct debits and collecting receivables on behalf of retailers without purchasing these receivables.
5. WestLB MasterCard company credit card
A WestLB MasterCard company credit card gives you independence from cash, local currencies, foreign exchange restrictions. When using your company card abroad, you can even benefit from a more favourable exchange rate.
6. Other services
