WestLB Issues Rhine-Neckar-Select-Basket Certificate II
WestLB AG, Düsseldorf/Münster, is issuing up to 50,000 Rhine-Neckar-Select-Basket Certificates. The maturity date of the certificates October 27, 2006 and the initial offer price is € 565.42 per certificate. The minimum trading volume is one basket certificate and the ratio is 1:1, i.e. one certificate controls one basket.
The composition of the number of shares in the basket was fixed by the issuer on October 20, 2003:

The certificates mature on October 27, 2006. Redemption is on the following basis: the sum of the closing prices of the shares determined at the corresponding exchange (XETRA) on the determination date according to the number of shares contained in the basket multiplied with the ratio.
The certificates will be listed on the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Smart Trading) and Stuttgart (EUWAX) Stock Exchanges ("Freiverkehr").
