Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf Issues Inaugural Pfandbrief
WestLB AG will act as lead manager for the inaugural public Pfandbrief issue of Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf. After Stadtsparkasse Köln and Kreissparkasse Köln, the Düsseldorf-based bank is the third savings bank to make use of this instrument in order to expand its funding base.
The Pfandbrief (ISIN Code: DE000A0ACWZ 5) has a volume of € 100 million and a term of five years (final maturity: November 28, 2008). The final terms and conditions of the issue will be determined on Friday, November 21, 2003. Co-lead managers are HypoVereinsbank and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. The issue will be listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange.
