Landesbank NRW Issues € 1 Billion Jumbo Pfandbrief
Landesbank NRW, Düsseldorf/Münster, is issuing a jumbo Pfandbrief with a volume of € 1 billion. The three-year issue, which matures on November 6, 2006, carries a coupon of 3% and has a reoffer price of 99.429% to give a spread of 19.5 basis points over the 4.5% Bobl 138 due on August 18, 2006. Payment date is November 6, 2003. Interest payment date is February 6th. Joint lead managers are HypoVereinsbank, Citigroup and WestLB AG. The Pfandbrief will be listed for official trading ("amtlicher Handel") on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange.
