WestLB AG Lead Manages Jumbo Treasury Note No. 14
The federal states of Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Schleswig-Holstein and Thuringia are issuing a jumbo bond. The lead managers for the issue of the Treasury Note No. 14 will be WestLB AG, ABN Amro, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Indosuez. The issue, which is expected to be brought to the market on January 15, 2003, has been rated AAA by Fitch. It has a volume of € 1.5 billion and a term of five years. It is planned to list the issue on the Frankfurt, Bremen and Hamburg Stock Exchanges.
