Landesbank Nordrhein-Westfalen, Düsseldorf/Münster, has mandated WestLB, Deutsche Bank and HSBC to act as joint lead managers for its Jumbo Pfandbrief Series 7511. Co-lead managers are CDC, Citigroup, Commerzbank, CSFB, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Goldman Sachs, HVB and Morgan Stanley. The four-year Jumbo Pfandbrief (SIN 307 511) has a volume of € 1 billion and is due on June 4, 2007. The issue is due to be launched later this week subject to appropriate market conditions. Landesbank NRW is rated AAA by S&P and Fitch.
