WestLB AG sold for an equity investment company of WestLB Group about 2 million shares of Deutsche Börse AG. The shares with a value of approx. 85 million Euro were placed today through an accelerated bookbuilding with institutional investors in the US and Europe. The transaction was several times oversubscribed. The placement price was 43,60 Euro per share that included a discount of 1,7 per cent on the Xetra closing price on Monday.
