€ 300 Million FRN for Banque PSA Finance
Banque PSA Finance is issuing a floating rate note (FRN) with a volume of € 300 million. The four-year issue, which is due on July 16, 2007, carries a coupon of 3-month Euribor plus 25 basis points and has an issue price of 99.9188%. WestLB is sole lead manager for the issue, which will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Value date is July 16, 2003. The issuer is rated A2 (stable) by Moody´s and A– (positive) by S&P.
