Landesbank NRW Increases Pfandbrief by €250 Million
Landesbank NRW has increased the volume of the Pfandbrief Series 7510 (WKN 307 510) issued in January 2003 by € 250 million to € 1.25 billion. The Pfandbrief, which carries a coupon of 2.75% and is due on February 6, 2006, has an issue price of 100.7678%. With a fixed re-offer price is 100.63%, the spread is 4 basis points above the 6% January 2006 Bund. Payment date is May 23rd. Joint lead managers are CDC, DB, DrKW, Goldman, HSBC and WestLB. The issue is listed on the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges.
