North Rhine Westphalia mandates joint leads for 5th Euro-benchmark bond
The State of North Rhine Westphalia (NRW),rated Aa1 (stable) / AA+ (neg.) / AAA (stable), mandated HVB, Morgan Stanley and WestLB as Joint-Bookrunners for its forthcoming 5th Euro-benchmark-transaction. Subject to market conditions the launch of the transaction is planned for the near future subsequent to a European roadshow.
