Landesbank NRW Issues € 750 Million Public Pfandbrief
Landesbank Nordrhein-Westfalen (LB NRW), Düsseldorf/Münster, is issuing a public Pfandbrief with a total volume of € 750 million. Due on January 5, 2005, the public Pfandbrief (Series 7144), which carries a coupon equivalent to 6-month Euribor, has an issue price 100.06% and a re-offer price of 100.035%. Value date is January 5, 2003. The first interest payment will be on July 5, 2003. The smallest denomination amounts to € 1,000. The Pfandbrief, in which WestLB and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein are joint lead managers, will be listed for official trading on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange.
